1920's Kitchen Remodel

This delightful family decided it was time to invest a kitchen remodel into their adorable 1920’s home.
Wanting something a little more modern they decided to go with tall upper cabinets and a black and white color scheme.
Wishing to keep some of the original pieces of the house and put in a little elbow grease of their own, this family decided to keep the original wood floors and refinish it themselves.
During demolition we uncovered a brick chimney which was beautifully incorporated into the design.
Some of the highlights of this space include moving the sink under the window, expanding the opening between kitchen and the family room, and removing the kitchen ceiling light and adding recessed LED lights.
