Many things happened behind the scenes, such as updating the electrical & refurbishing plaster walls & woodwork.

Redesigning the kitchen & Master Bedroom layout, relocating the powder/laundry room, & adding a welcoming farmhouse porch were priority.

The exterior construction - Replaced all the windows, resided the home and built a large porch - creating the classic farmhouse look.

To preserve some of the original elements & old charm of their home the homeowners opted to keep the original wainscoting, door casing, and wood accents. This involved carefully restoring the wood tongue and groove panels and related elements.
